Well, that's almost the end of my Easter (without Easter) break. Back to work on Monday for just four days before the Easter weekend! I like four day weeks!
We've got a lot of lovely blossom on our apple trees as well. Glad you had a good break.

I'm a little confused about Easter this year as normally we don't break up for Easter until the day before Good Friday but we broke up last Friday, 8th April!!!!! I keep thinking it should be Easter weekend already but it's not arrived yet! We return the day after Easter Monday then have the Royal Wedding day off, hardly worth going back!

The carved stone is very intriguing - it gives the distance to Wells but seems a bit ornate to be simply a milestone. I love the carved wooden seat too, sounds as though you had a good time in spite of the lack of sunshine.

Your trip away sounds relaxing, even though the sun didn't join in! I love your cards, too. Do you have a die cutter, do you use stamps,...in other words, how do you make them? ;) Your dog sounds like most of us do on holidays... preferring a good bed and comfort food :) Fascinating stones and seat. So nice that you have the caravan to travel with...must make it much easier to take your dog and enjoy the countryside. Hope your four day week goes by quickly ~ the children will be excited.
