Radiotherapy - Day 13 (11:30)
How are you feeling today?
Have you been feeling a little apprehensive?
I don't consider myself to be superstitious at all ....
but ...
I have worn my faith, hope and love bracelet
at every radiotherapy treatment so far.
It was given to me by friends at the start of all this,
and somehow it feels good to wear it.
My 13th day of treatment has fallen on Friday 13th
It's a significant day for me
because ...
now...
I'm halfway through!
Hooray!!!!
I went for a celebration lunch with a very good friend,
we ended up spending 5 hours talking!!!!

ReplyDeleteIt is wonderful that you are halfway through your treatment already! The bracelet is beautiful and I bet it feels lovely next to the skin. I have felt very superstitious today - I am not normally. I was putting some dinner trays up on top of the fridge and one came crashing down and smashed on one side! I can't wait for tomorrow!!! x
