Project 365 ~ Week 9

It's been quite a bright week here on the Paradise Peninsula, and dare I say it, almost spring like at times. The mornings and nights are getting lighter here which gives me some hope that this awful winter is finally giving way! Mind you, we did wake to frost and fog on Thursday, so I'm not giving up the thermals yet!

The temptation of instant colour for the garden proved too much to resist.

School again ... we're busy making displays for our new classroom. These faces made us laugh all afternoon.

  3. Those faces are such fun. I loved world book day when J & J were at primary school - they dressed up as a favourite character.
They also made book sleeves for their favourite book. Jess's was Dogger and her teacher said it was her favourite too.

This same teacher introduced Jess, who is severely dyslexic, to Michael Murpurgo books and she hasn't stopped reading since. She's 18 & can't stop reading !

  5. The flowers are just beautiful, and I'm aching for Spring! We only have to get rid of about 18 inches of snow!

Love the faces the kids made! That must have been so much fun!

    Have a lovely weekend!

  6. We woke up to a white over frost on Thursday morning but it soon disappeared and the sun came out and the day became very springlike! Super photos, Inca looks very relaxed:)

  7. I used to work with a Welsh lady who would bake Welsh cakes for us at work every St David's day, so delish!
The blue sky looks so good in your photos of Liverpool.
