Project 365 ~ Week 11

This week has been a real struggle ... I exhausted myself sorting the classroom out on Monday, and I haven't really recovered. Plus, the lovely Mr B. is away on the school ski trip too. I hate it when he is away! Moan! Moan!

Lunch in Chester with my lovely girl ... we were staggered at the enormous portions of our Meze Platter to share!

The saga of the classroom continues ... not one thing (apart from the desks) is in its proper place this morning.... an exhausting day trying to sort it all out. The thing is, nobody can even help... I need to put things away myself, so I know where everything is. It's going to take weeks to get it the way I want it!

A bargain bucket of hyacinths .... hopefully they'll be blue.

Our fundraising for the Marie Curie Foundation finishes with a huge 'yellow' raffle. The children have raised over £700 since the middle of February!

Inca welcomes my lovely girl home for the weekend ... I thinks she considers her to be her 'pack sister'.
She's going to go mental when her 'pack dad' gets home on Sunday!

  2. Working in a school and classroom I know exactly what you mean. At the end of the day you just want to go home. Love all your photos especially of your daughter and Inca. When my daughter comes home from college Bella is attached to her hip. Bella literally sleeps on top of my daughter.

  5. I feel for you with your classroom upheaval. We are going through the same thing with building work being done and are currently 'camping' in the school hall - not fun!
Hope you get some rest this weekend.

  6. I have a black lab that is just the same when my boy comes home, she has eyes for no one else while he's around.

  7. The last photo of your daughter and Inca is really lovely. What a great effort the children at school have made, £700 is a wonderful amount. Try to take it easy this weekend after your exertions last week.

  8. You take care, don't get too tired! Love your last photo, quite jelous actually as Y wont even consider a dog. Daughter keeps asking. I said no, when your dad dies we can have a dog ( just joking). She asked if we could get one on the waybto the funeral or if we would have to wait till after! Xx

  11. Hello there Kathy! Lovely photos again. I also like the pic of Inca with your lovely girl. Hope you get your classroom at least partially sorted soon, so you don't have to stress so much about it. It's such a nightmare if you can't put your finger on things instantly, when you have a classful of children around , isn't it? Hope you have a calmer week. Ros
